Validate the package before prompting

Use a simple gate to decide what belongs in the generator.

Primary source
Local video analysis and timestamp selection

Every recommendation in this course comes from the video, contact sheets, and eight extracted frames.

Read and test the interactive blocks.
1

Gate before upload

A reference enters the package only if it is sharp, neutral when it should be neutral, consistent with the set, and useful for a specific role. Quantity does not compensate for contradiction.

Think of selecting witnesses. Five consistent accounts beat twenty contradictory ones.

Package and next stage

identityscenecinemaconstraints
Identity remains fixed; scene, action, camera, and constraints change per ad.
First package: front + two three-quarter views + two profiles. Body and smile join only when the scene needs them.

Final decision

When should the smile photo be used?
A smile explains teeth and facial motion, but changes cheeks, eyes, and mouth. It therefore complements neutral identity.
Once the new photos pass the gate, the next step is writing prompts in four blocks: immutable identity, scene/action, cinematography, and consistency constraints.
